The SiTime SiT3701 is the smallest programmable voltage-controlled MEMS oscillator (VCMO) on the market today. It features industry-leading 0.5% linear pull range, enabling simpler clock synchronization algorithms, faster system lock time and better stability in clock synchronization and recovery applications. The SiT3701 gives system designers more flexibility with its unique programmable pull range (±30 to ±240 PPM) in a single device – a feature not available in traditional quartz VCXOs.
With its innovative MEMS First™ resonator technology that is replacing decades-old quartz oscillators (XO), SiTime is able to mass produce reliable, high performance silicon timing solutions for a wide variety of applications. The SiT3701 all-silicon VCMO comes in four 4-pin packages with the smallest being 2.5 x 2.0 mm. Like all SiTime products, the SiT3701 programmable VCMO is lead free and RoHS compliant.
