The SiT9103 is the world’s first 3-PLL differential output programmable clock generator with an embedded MEMS resonator and sub-picosecond RMS phase jitter. It is designed for high performance networking, computing, and consumer applications. The SiT9103 can generate up to three unrelated frequencies which allows integration of three oscillators into a single chip enabling more robust and smaller form factor designs. This device also supports four programmable differential output signaling levels – LVPECL, LVDS, CML, and HCSL.

With its innovative MEMS First™ resonator technology, SiTime is able to mass produce reliable, high performance silicon timing solutions that are ideal for most applications. Like all SiTime products, the SiT9103 3-PLL differential output programmable clock generator is lead free and RoHS compliant.
